Sistem Yapi A.S. is one of the well known water treatment system contractor companies in Turkey. Sistem Yapi constructed an anaerobic wastewater treatment plant for the city wastewater of Sibiu in Romania. The biogas that comes out of this plant are being used to generate power and heat by our Lindenberg Anlagen CHP units.
Cogeneration powerplant:
The co-gen system consists 2 pcs. Guascor SFGLD 180 (300 kW) gen-sets packaged as Combined Heat and Power (CHP) modules by Lindenberg Anlagen GmbH.
Waste Heat Recovery :
The Lindenberg 2xCHP300 co-gen units that run on biogas have waste heat recovery systems from the engine exhaust and engine jacket water waste heat. Recovered waste heat is being used to heat up the digesters of the Water Treatment Plant. The waste heat is recovered as hot water, reaching high total efficiency over 85%. The water treatment plant got rid of the costs for heating up the proccess water to heat up the digester.
