Cogeneration powerplant:
The co-gen unit Lindenberg CHP 250 is formed of 1 pc. of MAN E 2842 E 312 (250kW) gen-set and the heat recovery equipment. The system is under operation since 2007.
Waste Heat Recovery :
The recovered waste heat of the gen-set is used for the building heating. All the heat in the exhaust and jacket water of the engine is recovered by means of hot water through heat exchangers.

Waste Heat Recovery :
Danstoker boiler provides the demands of steam by using the waste heat of the exhaust and jacket water heat of the HFO burning 18V 28/32 MANb&W diesel engine is providing the hot water demands of the factory.By this way maximum efficiency is obtained.Thus,no additional cost is calculated for steam and hot water generation.
